OVERVIEW
ACVA is the first and only organisation in India to be associated with a globally recognised professional body for valuations, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). ACVA has been incorporated as a non-profit organisation under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. ACVA is a Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) with the registration number IBBI/RVO/2018/009. ACVA has been set up with the purpose of providing the finance professionals and business valuation professionals in India access to quality training opportunities, NACVA's international network of professionals, and comprehensive databases and libraries to assist them in performing their work. ACVA will provide comprehensive training sessions, conducted by leading valuation experts from across the globe, who will also develop a core training team in India. ACVA will organise valuation conferences that will provide networking and continuing education opportunities to its members. Further, ACVA will also organise workshops and boot camps on intermediate and advanced business valuation topics to ensure that the members remain up to date on developments in the industry. ACVA RVO will provide training and membership for registered valuer for Securities or Financial Asset Class.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of ACVA is to elevate the level of business valuation practice in India in line with international business valuation standards. ACVA membership, trainings and certifications are intended to assure clients that the services they receive from the members meet an industry-acceptable level of due care, including the thoroughness of the analysis and communication of the results, while adhering to established ethical guidelines. ACVA will ensure quality and a level of standardisation in the valuation appraisal process and fill in the vacuum of quality valuation education in India.

To further this purpose, ACVA will carry out numerous activities including, but not limited to, developing and organising training and certification programs, advancing ethical and professional standards, inculcating trust on valuers amongst the public, and encouraging professional relationships among members, both within India and globally. At ACVA, we aim to cultivate professional practice standards, efficiency, and integrity within our association and among our members.
